The live shows are extremely informative and helpful, the service live time always always helpful. When calling customer service it is a pleasure I recently lost 111 pounds so I have no idea about my sizes I have purchased an entire new wardrobe and every question on size you guys answer either on the live email or phone. I have only had to return 3 or 4 items due to size and I have spent thousands, so the help they have provided me is unmeasurable. Thank you
