Great website, easy ordering, quick delivery and terrific product. My husband has already selected his next pair!

I’m one that is old school and like to pick up the phone and talk to customer service. I’m also not one to email my needs and skeptical when I do. Well, I could only figure out how to email Riomar when I ordered the wrong size for my daddy not once but twice! There system was top notch! Riomar did exactly as they said: refunded one, exchanged the other for correct size, and shipped the correct size charge free to my daddy’s address! Not to mention these are the most comfortable shoes EVER!

I have four pairs of your shoes and they fit me very well notwithstanding my size 13A. They are of very high quality and grip very well on wet wooden docks, and wet fiberglass or teak boat decks. They take a beating (salt water) and continue to look great. I also bought a belt and you sent the wrong size but immediately agreed to send a new one without me having to return the first one. My one complaint is the cost of shipping and adding to that cost by shipping the belt in a wooden box (all be it an attractive box). Keep up the good work! John H.
