Less than 1 star. I’m very disappointed in your customer service by phone. I have tried calling your company 4 times. NEVER been called back and hung up on twice.

I have no problem with service. I ordered a size 10. 5 Latham Blue Waterman and they were tight on toes and my foot was very close to the end. I exchanged them for an 11 and they slipped in the back even with a thicker pair of socks. My question is would it be better to try to stretch the 10. 5 or find even thicker socks for the 11? Please let me know. Jerry

Riomar shoes are very well crafted and durable. These are real boating shoes that can take you from boat to yacht club. I’ve purchased several pair as my Riomars are my everyday shoe.
