I accidentally clicked the wrong size and submitted my order. Within literally 3 seconds, I contacted customer service to get the correct size changed and no one responded thus shipping the order and of course it’s non-returnable. It was my mistake but wish customer service was more responsive. It’s been a week.

No phone number and they don’t answer emails

I wanted my items but never received them. Very disappointing.

I have emailed customer service and have not heard back. Nothing is in stock and i had to return items. Now I just have funds that I cannot use
