The Jacket Maker

I ordered a custom suede trucker jacket (Stallon) on Black Friday 2025. It took a few months to produce my order and I finally received it on April 10th. The ordering process was easy and the customer service reps (Shawn and Max) were extremely responsive and always showed care and concern about my questions. The only issue I had with ordering was how the Black Friday discount applied to my order. It wasn’t what I expected, which was the whole price of the order. Instead it was only for the base price of the standard jacket. There was also a customs duty added that I wasn’t expecting, but it wasn’t that much extra. Concerning the jacket itself, it was beautiful and looked exactly as I expected. They even emailed me pictures of the actual jacket to review before they sent it to me. However, when it arrived and I tried it on, the sleeves were too thin around the forearms, which was a measurement that was not asked for during the ordering process. Everything else fit perfectly. I let the team know about the issue and they immediately began the process of making me a new jacket, no questions asked. They asked for pics of me wearing the jacket, and measurements of my forearms. They gave me a recommendation for the forearm measurement increase that I had to review and confirm before they started making the new jacket. The new jacket was then created and I received it on July 17th, which was even faster than the first order. And the new jacket was perfect, no issues. So while it did take 8 months to finally get my custom jacket right, it’s beautiful, fits perfectly, and I can’t wait for fall to wear it all the time. I would definitely order a new jacket from The Jacket Maker again.

Although I made the blunder of ordering the wrong size, the jacket I received felt expertly crafted, soft as I’d hoped to the touch, with a color I haven’t seen on anyone else, making it feel that much more unique for me.

Good quality and good service. Delivery time was about a week, overall i am very happy. Definitely buy again from them in future.

What can I say. Ordering a jacket on line is fraught with many possibilities… I thought I’ll take the risk, the price is good!! Shipping was fast, correspondence awesome, I was too nervous to open the package. I got my son to do it! Boom 💥, what an amazing jacket. Size is very accurate. I often wear a large or extra large shirt but I went off my measurements and the size chart and ordered a medium. It fits beautifully and is perfect Thanks Jacket Maker I’ll be back , as they say 😉
