Good fit and awesome color

I recent purchased two of the same model/size leather jackets, in different colors. Upon receiving them, the sizing was perfect in one, but the sleeves were of the wrong size in the other. I reached out to customer service and they not only promptly sent me a call tag for the incorrect Jacket, they had a new Jacket in my hands with correct sleeves in a little over a week. I was blown away and so appreciative of their follow-up and will be delighted to recommend The Jacket Maker to friends and family. Nice job! Also, the quality of the two jackets is fantastic. You never know with an online purchase, but in this case it worked out beautifully.
