terrible, return policy is fake and tehy made me buy a return label that i couldnt even use because my ( return wasnt accepted) honestly so dissapointed from spending so much money $550 on dresses and not being able to return them.

I bought a dress from this website and returned it for a store credit. It’s been more than a month since I mailed the dress. I have proof that the dress was delivered and I haven’t got my store credit yet. I’m veré disappointed and I would not recommend buying from The Dress Outlet to anyone i know.
