Package was not sealed and the hoodie had like a dust stain from other packages . Bummer …. But I was able to clean it .

The products were not great because they didn't work for me. However, the service was great. I inadvertently provided an old address for shipping. I sent an email to Aly Drake with the correct address and she promptly responded and confirmed. I also returned the products and asked for a refund and promptly got an email that confirmed the return and refund.
