Tedd's have always been able to answer any product and product use questions that I've had. Exceptional product knowledge and customer service. Responses are always quick, friendly and easy to understand. I've shopped with Tedd's multiple times now and they are the only place I'll go for shoe and leather care. Honestly, their customer service is one of the best (if not the best) I've experienced in all of NZ.
