Frustrating that the summer sale email said free UK delivery (no spend limit mentioned), website said free express global shipping over £100 and the shipping section says free over £125? I ended up paying £3 delivery for my item, when I shouldn’t have. Small amount so just paid it but this information should at least be consistent.

Very poor service. I still haven't received my item, even though the order was confirmed three weeks ago and I paid for express shipping. Customer service has not responded despite multiple reminders.

Ordered my new prescription sunglasses 8/9 arrived 9/9 when they arrived prescription is wrong ? how they were made ? new prescription. I have been waiting for replacement prescription and normal lenses which I was informed should have come with the sunglasses, they did not. It is now 27/9 and still waiting.......... Next stop OCCS
