Taylor Morris London has excellent Customer Service. I lived in the US and the box came in via mail and arrived with no glasses in it. Reported it missing and they asked for pictures; sent to them. … a couple of days later, the replacement came in via International air shipment! The Raleigh glasses is well made and TM’s Customer Service is top notch! I will always recommend!
