It took along time to get it

Your website was difficult to navigate to get a return label. At first, I thought I was never going to get a return label and would be eating the cost of the extra size shoe that I ordered.

Returned both pair shipping label to return was not for the weight of the package. Had to pay $20 to ship it back. Still waiting for my refund

Please let me know how to initiate a return. I would be grateful.
