I live outside the US. I saw a beautiful dress made by Tadashi Shoji at Nieman Marcus which I liked.However, they do not ship to my country of rsidence. I called The boutique in L.A and they were so accomodating and did everything in their power to send me the dress. It arrived 3 days later. The dress looked exactly as in the photo and the size accurate. The dress is even more beautiful than it shows in the photo. I wore it to my son's wedding and the complements i got, were numerous. I was so impressed by their professionalism and by Connie their representative. I have no words to describe my amazing experience with them. I am already recommending them to my friends and I will continue to shop there. Kudos to this company.
