When I contacted customer service
When I contacted customer service to discuss wanting to exchange, I had said “they fit, but I’d like to see if I can get some baggier XXXL’s. Immediately, my money was credited back and I was asked to ship them back when the next size up wasn’t available.
I’d have kept them since they were comfortable and maybe would stretch a little, but the customer service was seeming to say “If the XXL is not right, you can’t wear our product”. Is that overreacting and being super fat-sensitive? Yes - but that was my take away when the return happened at the first volley for a solution. Also, the credit subtracted shipping when I wanted an exchange. So the fact that you didn’t have any products to exchange shouldn’t mean I don’t get a full refund when I was assured free exchanges.
