These swoveralls are the coziest piece of clothing I own! Unfortunately, my girlfriend stole them because of that, and now I need to order another pair. I'm 6 ft 2in, 155lbs and ordered the medium. They fit me perfectly. I do wish there was a tall version, but regardless they fit me just fine. I'd recommend getting some cozy warm wool socks to make up for ankle exposure if you're tall like me. My girlfriend is about 6 inches shorter than me, but has a similar pant size as me. The medium swoveralls fit her comfortably, but might be a little on the bigger size for her.
