I am very disappointed in the quality of your fabrics. I have bought several jumpers and without fail they have all started to pill after only one or two wears. I feel embarrassed to put them on. I recently bought 2 pairs of pants but was surprised that the elastic band around the waist had been left exposed. There was a little stitch keeping the fabric covered over but the elastic had not been sewn in. Also, your garments are expensive compared to other competitors e.g Yarra Trail or retailers on TVSN. Most of your tops are quite garish and are difficult to match up with other outfits. I don’t want to look like a flower arrangement on steroids. I want something more stylish and sophisticated- forget the ruffles and flounces. On a positive note, your customer service is very good. I hate giving bad feedback but am giving it with consideration and good intentions.

I enjoy shopping at Swish - the staff are always very helpful and friendly; also the garments are well made, true to size, and made with very good fabric which is easy to wash! The items are always stylish. I’m a very happy customer! Barb.
