Great online shopping and delivery time. Only down side with my order is the shoes I bought are borderline too small and can't be sent back due to being a sale/clearance item. This is quite annoying when I had previously bought a pair of vans in the recommended size going by the chart and when I received them, they were too big. The next order was for 3 pair s of vans so I decided to go the next size down from the previous purchase, only to find they are borderline too small! The sizing differences between sizes in Vans are substantial!

Surfstitch have a great range of brands to choose from, with some amazing sale prices. Good delivery updates and fast delivery to regional NSW. Easy online ordering and detailed product information. Very happy customer.

Shipping and service was good, no complaints with that.
