Excellent experience from start to finish!

This is the second item I’ve gifted my husband from Frank Clegg and he loves it. This duffle AND his briefcase are so well-made and he frequently gets compliments on them. Despite his briefcase getting a ton of use it’s still in great condition. I was hesitant with the green leather for the duffle but wanted to give him something a little different and could not be happier with how it turned out!

I purchased a modified signature working tote from Frank and Clegg over the holidays and I continue to marvel at the craftsmanship and quality of the bag. It’s exactly what I asked for, and it is better and more beautiful than I imagined. The customer service team was helpful in determining which leathers to mix (and which leathers not to mix) and explained each step of the process carefully and concisely. I look forward to using this bag for decades to come.
