Felling much better than without

I contacted Superfeet by email when I lost one of my inserts which I had been using for over a decade. At the service representative's request, I submitted a photograph of the other insert. Within a day, I received a reply saying the company had identified the model and it was still for sale. I placed the order immediately and within a few days my new inserts arrived. Outstanding customer service.

I’ve been using Superfeet insoles for about 15 years since being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. My foot doctor wanted me to buy some insoles that cost $400.00 which I refused to do. I use these insoles in all of my shoes including my slippers.
