Error in my order.

The labels are wonderful. I wish there were more. Silk, polyester/rayon, etc. It was difficult to navigate the site. I had to put each type of label in the checkout instead of being able to put them all in together. I had to pay each time, which was frustrating.

Communication was fantastic and printing looks great. I asked for the white tags with white string, the tags were off white and strings were white. Kind of looks cheap and doesn't match.

The product is fine But when receving it in Montreal The taxe that are charge are much to expensif comparing the product. I don t know why, must be the amount you put on it. But because of that, it is not interesting to order by you.

Labels are nicely woven, but too many were folded and pressed improperly, creating extra work for us, before we could use them.
