Good. I really like the cowboy hats! The following is a quickly typed 'go' at describing some return/refund experiences with redundant bits to help describe in more ways for clearer comprehension. - NOTE: If returning product/s, there has seemed to have been FREE RETURN/S or $10 RETURN/S and the way/s to figure out the good and economical choice - A Mysterious Journey. (I think some products, for some reasons get free return shipping, other products for other reasons (?) can be $10 to send for return, AND if there are multiple products in the same order, they may be processed together for a bundle $10 return, but if two or more products from two or more different orders need to be returned, then I think it can be $10 each order when processed at the same time and sent together. Therefore, if products from 3 different orders, then it can possibly reduce the refunds by ~$30, I think. ) REMEMBER, SOME THINGS/REASONS GET FREE RETURN SHIPPING. THEIR CUSTOMER HELP SEEMS FAB! (I haven't needed them much yet, but I'm glad they're there. ) I did not notice any way to return products from two or more different orders together for $10. It seems to be $10 return shipping for each order however many products if processed at the same time and sent together. It depends on the reason for return, I think. Some are FREE! :) Or something like that. - I think. ) I like the idea of choosing primo quality hat bands made of real leather and/or ribbon on really classic premium 'Boss of the Plains' styles ?
