STEP ONE AUS

I got them for my Husband about 4 years ago. He wont wear anything but step ones. You truly are getting what you pay for that's how good they are. So my husband decided that it was time for me to get some. Well I absolutely LOVE THEM. THANKYOU SO MUCH STEPONE.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately only half of my order shipped and I also needed to make an exchange of size. There was no problem using the first pair guarantee. As my preferred size was not in stock, they gave me options about either getting a refund for the remaining pairs that were not shipped or waiting for more to arrive. I chose to wait and when the new limited editions came out I requested the replacement in those colours instead, They were very obliging with every correspondence and even sent me an extra pair as a thank you for my patience. Now I know my correct sizing i will definitely be ordering more from Step One!
