I've been wearing Staheekum Trapper slippers for about 20 years now without any problems. The newest pair, from Christmas 2020, had a manufacturing defect. I checked with customer support and after sending in a few pictures of the issue, they offered to replace them at no cost. I'm a happy customer and, if I live that long, I'll be wearing Trapper slippers for another 20 years!

I love your slippers. My mother in love introduced us to them. My mom can walk around the house because of these slippers. They are a big deal to our family. They fit well and offer such great support. Mom is 84 and she keeps 2 pair in use at all times. Thank you
