I enjoyed shopping on your site and appreciate that you are a family owned business! My problem must be with FedEx, which has yet to deliver my purchase. Evidently, FedEx is deeply in trouble as far as deliveries go this Christmas. I hope that they will surprise me and deliver before the holiday. A different delivery company may be in order here.
