I received multiple communications from Staheekum and The Route app saying they're be delivered on 4/18 (ordered 4/10). They didn't arrive on 4/18 and I checked on the app to see they were in Chicago, after already routing through Detroit??? They eventually arrived on 4/20. The communications were misleading and confusing. Shipping and receiving a package shouldn't be this complex. The slippers are great.

Mobile site was easy to use, and the slippers arrived very quickly.
