If every company would be as responsive, caring and willing to stand by their products…..it would be a better world! I was able to get a replacement pair of shoes in a matter of days and they stood behind their product even after it was a little over the warranty period. A great example to set!!!!!

The slippers arrived quickly (even sooner than promised). Amount of packaging was reasonable. They were a little tight for a day or two while the wool was compressing, and are now a perfect fit. Very good price when bought on Memorial Day sale.
