It's really been a pleasure ordering from this company. Their customer service and their products are both excellent – a rarity in today's world. I received my first order in a timely manner and was very satisfied with the garden clogs and the mid calf boots that I purchased. I then was emailed an offer of 15% off my next order if I wrote a review for one of the items I had bought. I submitted a review and received an acknowledgement but no coupon or code number for the 15% discount. I assumed when I placed my next order that the discount would automatically show up; it didn't. I then emailed a complaint to the company. Within 24 hours, I not only received an apology, but it was backed up with a credit on my credit card in the amount of the discount I was expecting. How extremely rare to deal with a company that acknowledges any problems and corrects them immediately without assigning blame or making excuses. For my second order, the Easies clogs I received were too wide for my feet. I requested a return address label which I promptly received, and to my surprise, the shipping expense was paid for by the company. To add a pleasant surprise on top of that pleasant surprise, the exchange garden clogs I requested were mailed the next day-before I even had a chance to mail back the Easies. The two pairs of garden clogs, the slide sandals, the ankle and the mid-calf boots I ordered, all fit my narrow feet that have high arches, hammer toes, bunions and arthritis. They not only fit, but are comfortable, light weight, good looking, easy to clean, vegan (to my knowledge), economical and readily accommodate orthotics or extra arch supports. What more could anyone ask for? My one suggestion would be that in the description of the Easies clogs, it should be noted that they are wider than the other products sold by the company or reconfigure the Easies so are the same width as their other clogs.
