Complete fail by Sprint. I emailed yesterday asking them to send the correct product and I get no response other than a request to rate their effort.

I have yet to receive

I have yet to receive this order. Sprints punted this and told me that it was a usps issue and to wait a week. I have continuously been replying from ratings that I haven't received the order and still haven't gotten word back about it. Very poor experience.
