As an alternative healer I use Comfrey+ Salve for myself and as a recommendation to some of my clients. In my 20s I dug up comfrey root and made a poultice as Indigenous Americans do to pull pain out of the body. Now with Sprigs Comfrey+ Salve I no longer have to dig the root.
