Can't fault Sparx customer service.

Great product, was a little disappointed with the fact that my order was lost (understandable due to the postal service during COVID) and then out of stock of the colour I wanted. Service recovery was great with 2 free pairs.

These are great jocks. Nice and comfy for the old fella to be in. Couple of things: Would like them to be slightly longer in the legs. The stitching on the legs aren't too stretchy, so they go cut in a bit. When they are stretched they can snap the threads. I have four pairs now, and each is kind of different, different waist bands, and slightly different sizing.

I'm always sceptical when products talk themselves up but Sparx lived up to the hype. They are very comfortable and a great fit! Only downside I would say is lack of fly
