I believe I have made my review but again I was so taken with the consideration of your company. While this was not an expensive purchase, it was treated as if it were. A mistake in your on-line catalog caused the wrong item to be sent me. My complaint was treated as a really important matter. Within a week, a postage free label was emailed, the piece returned and the proper item sent me. Thank you for your consideration and forethought.
