I haven’t had to reach out to customer support so far, but have made multiple orders with them over several months. The order is confirmed via email immediately, dispatch email over the order is sent and postage has always been really fast- within a few days in country Victoria. I’ve bought arm sleeves x 2, driving gloves x 3, Sensitive Collection polos x 4, jacket x 1, hats x ? 9 and 2 Active 1/4 zips. I’ve been very happy with the quality of all products and feel they will last. They fit nicely and are smart enough to wear out for coffee after exercising!
