She informed me that until the package is delivered the sender is still responsible for the package. The most recent update states that the shoes were returned to sender. Your email and shipping confirmation states that insure against loss. I need a refund or a new order please. Took a long time to get shoes, longer then normal. Shoe quality looks and feels like shit. Stitching is wrong or tags are not sewn straight. The overall shoes are cheap and never again. Your company sucks donkey dick!
