Low friction experience.

I really like Smith products and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Working out which lens to buy for my goggles however is never easy. I can never find out enough information. The reseller near me is beyond hopeless which is why I buy direct.

Great sunglasses but experienced poor customer service

Ordering and delivery good however the main lenses in the goggles appear to have a defect and I have been unable to find someone to talk to about it yet. There is no contact phone number and I'm not a fan of having to do everything by email. . . talking is easier than typing! So overall. . . buying experience good, actual goggles awesome (bar the defect) sorting out the return etc. . . not so easy!!

The logo has fallen off the arms within 3 days of recieving them
