Items were shipped straight away and arrive within the week. I had a question about some replacement lenses which Smith got to back to me within 24 hours. Unfortunately had to return a helmet because it didnt fit and the return process was no fuss and easy, super happy with the products besides that though!

Very quick turnaround service I thought it might have come from the USA. I was amazed we even have a Smith optics in Australia. Great tracking except for the courier had put a very heavy box which indented my fragile box of replacement goggles I have photos which I won't know until I use the goggles have they been bent
