I think delivery took a week. People are spoiled by the big A site, but for a smaller company, I thought it was acceptable.

My package was lost in the mail. I called Primary and the employee I spoke to helped immediately reorder all the pieces and shipped it express. It arrived to me the following day. When my lost package showed up they emailed me a return slip. Such great customer service.

The quality of these shows - they’re thick without being heavy and have a great waistband for pulling up and down! Would definitely purchase more.

Love your stuff. Am a primary member so I get free shipping for a year and boy is that handy. Sometimes I just need one pair of cartwheel shorts for our daughter, or one more singlet for the boys. It's nice to just get what we need at a good price and shipped free, without those annoying purchase minimums!
