I placed my first order
I placed my first order with SKRE and quickly discovered that their customer service is as good as people are saying. I received notice of a delivery date from the postal service. After the postal service missed their date by three days I sent SKRE an email to let them know their shipping partner was letting them down. I promptly got a detailed response from Nate at SKRE which included a credit against the cost of shipping. In this day age good customer service is getting rare and great customer service is almost nonexistent, SKRE is standing tall.
