Everything was ok, except the delivery in Italy.

Ordered items are excellent, however, I would complain a bit. My order was placed at 14. May, and it had been shipped 20. June only. After 3 weeks silence from my order, I wrote an email. OK, I understood that some digital, technical hacking caused unpredictable problems, but at least a symbolic voucher, or some extra Skiny Fancy Club points would be a nice painkiller waiting more than a month.
