My second in-store experience and it was fabulous! I was wearing tights, so the staff let me take them off in the restroom so I could try on shoes. (Some stores are not so accommodating!) I bought the Windsor 70 in blue and had them shipped home to Texas. Javaris included the kindest, personalized handwritten note. I’ll be back! Fingers crossed for Hello Lover to be released in the 70 heel height.

Absolutely fantastic, your team at SJP in Perry Street are just amazing! I get across to NYC twice a year and yet still they recognise me, remember my previous purchase and always make me feel welcome. Even remembering a specific red strathbury I bought. The lady originally from Liverpool has assisted with every purchase and the gent always follows up with a courtesy personalised email which is always much appreciated. I couldn’t ask for better service I just wish I lived close although that would be expensive!
