No Customer Service, no phone number, no answer ever. Just after finding the Instagram page got lucky find a person who answers and refunded what i paid.

It's been 3 weeks and still haven't recieved item

Never received my items it’s been 3 weeks

I placed an order one month ago and I haven’t get it. If I knew it was going to take this long I would never placed the order.

Bought over hundred worth of clothes, received a discount code that didn’t work. This code was still within the time constraint given by SikSilk. Email and literally got no response except the automated email response. Bought a vest and received wrong size and emailed them again. I have yet to receive a response. Always have loved the brand and quality; just disappointed with customer service and communication only.
