I had problems with my delivery

Had order two orders back to back and was excited to receive them but never got them waited almost three weeks for one order that I never received and the other one only received one piece of clothing they gave me a refund which is why I still have them two stars but wish I had gotten my order

I ordered the grey hoodie and it is nice till I put it on and u can’t move in it it’s a XXL it fits very slim in the arms not to happy with it so I just gave it to a friend because with returning it and ordering a new one would take weeks

I never received my packaged. Is so hard to contact customer service. They take forever to email you back. I hate to go catch them through Instagram. The good thing about Instagram is that they did respond fast and they gave me a refund right away.
