I belive size chart has to be revisited as it is different from model / material to other to avoid future disputes as i personally face an issue with my last order as attached while I order Scube fabric Joggers set large size I recive the Hoodie scuba while the pants was cotton even the size for both bigeer than size chart .

It clearly says online that the delivery is free, yet I was charged last time, I have emailed over and over sending in the screen shot. I also should not be charged for delivery as it clearly says 'Free Delivery on All Standard Orders' which I've pointed out a few times. I also ordered Jeans for a birthday present on December 10th, I am absolutely so upset as not only did my delivery not arrive on time for my son's birthday last week, it is Christmas eve and it still has not arrived. I am sending you 2 screenshots, one I saw this morning that said delivery was 'Complete' and when I checked again just now it's saying it's back in 'transit'? How can it go from been complete to back in transit I am so upset as that's twice now I don't have that gift for my son. I ordered these 3 days after my last order which arrived last week?
