I had problems with the delivery. The delivery company sent me a message to say that they would be delivering on a certain date. This was not an estimated date. I waited in all day for them coming and they did not turn up. I rang the delivery company up and they told me to go back to the company they where delivering it for.
I rang yourselves and did not get anywhere. I lost a full day for nothing, Royal Mail said they couldn’t compensate me I would have to claim from the sender which is yourselves and then yourselves would have to claim from Royal Mail. I rang yourselves up and was told you wouldn’t do that. I could not claim anything for my full day wasted. Then my items turned up two days later.
