I had problems with the delivery. The delivery company sent me a message to say that they would be delivering on a certain date. This was not an estimated date. I waited in all day for them coming and they did not turn up. I rang the delivery company up and they told me to go back to the company they where delivering it for. I rang yourselves and did not get anywhere. I lost a full day for nothing, Royal Mail said they couldn’t compensate me I would have to claim from the sender which is yourselves and then yourselves would have to claim from Royal Mail. I rang yourselves up and was told you wouldn’t do that. I could not claim anything for my full day wasted. Then my items turned up two days later. See picture for this. which is what I sent to you show details of delivery.

Sent the wrong size out and when I emailed them 3 times, the organization s never replied.

Couldn't get hold of anyone for any help. No response to my numerous messages or emails and didnt answer the phone. I still have a product that's needing returned but cabt do so till I have the clarification that the returns label is correct as showing the post office address rather than where the item is being returned to
