Very disappointed. The return window is far too short, especially for international customers. I'm from Sweden, paying extra for express shipping as well as customs fees. Unfortunately, the dress I bought didn't fit, and by the time I tried to return it, I was told the return window had already expired. I had the dress for about a week, and now I'm stuck with a dress I'll never wear after spending so much money. A return policy this short is really unfair and not customer-friendly, especially for overseas customers.

The dresses are beautiful and the quality is excellent. However, returning items from Europe is extremely complicated. Even though I paid for the Pre-Paid Returns Protection, I still have to pay the full return shipping cost to Australia myself. This was very disappointing and misleading, as I expected the return process to be much easier after paying for this service.

The dress doesn’t look like the pictures

Creating a return is unnecessarily difficult and confusing. I have sent back two packages, but after a whole month they still haven’t been registered or received. I have also not received any response to my latest email. This has been a very frustrating experience, and the lack of communication has made it even worse. I would not recommend this company based on their return process and customer service.
