Asked for refund, got store credit

Took so long to get here

I purchased from Showpo solely because I wanted to try on the items and return for a refund if unsuitable. All were unsuitable so I lodged a return, only to then find items need to be returned within 7 days for a refund. I would not have ordered if this was the case, I returned the items only a couple days after the cut off because I was on holiday. This is disappointing because I don’t want to purchase anything else from Showpo, and am now going to be stuck with a store credit I didn’t want. The 7 day timeframe should not be hidden within the small print, be more honest and transparent and don’t try to hide it. Also, it has now been 3 weeks since I have sent the return back and tracking shows it has been delivered, but I am yet to receive any store credit.

Dress was too short and your return period for a refund is only 7 days!! Most places is at least 14 days

Have been away so I haven't been able to return a couple of items that weren't right. Now they're telling me I can't return the items. I spent over $400 in one purchase. Not happy!!!
