Ordered a replacement dress for an event, the button fell off upon arrival and the linen-look material crinkled easily, the material is also quite thin, but the shape is nice

I recently purchased a dress I was in love with. It was quite pricey at $108 but having a number of events coming up I spoilt myself and purchased it. Shipping time was average. When it arrived the quality was ok but there were loose threads and some tiny pulls in the fabric. Thankfully I was able to fix it myself - I thought I’d try my luck before going to customer service. Not really good enough for a dress over $100. After this purchase I found I was supposed to go up a tier in rewards which was great as there was another dress I had an eye on with only a couple left in stock. So I used the online chat to ask how long it takes for points to come through and if there was anything more I can do to get points quickly. Customer service made me feel like they couldn’t get rid of me quick enough - short answers, took a while to get replies and sent a link that didn’t work for me. They shut the convo before I could confirm and finish off my questions. Turns out it takes 3-4 weeks for points to come through 🤷🏻‍♀️ Showpo isn’t what it used to be. Whether it’s the fact they’ve grown and have lost the attention to detail - I dunno but it’s very obvious. They’re still ok in comparison but I’ll probably think twice before purchasing a dress over $100 from them.

The skirt section of the press is great, however, the bodice (especially the chest area) is quite small. The "cups" are just fabric, and are flat, so there is no support.

My clothe is’t fit for me. The shoulders are too big for me.

I saw the photo of the off white jump suit loved it. Purchased my size to big. Love it so much I bought the size down but it wasn't much smaller the thr first size. Paid to get it altered but its still to big. So unable to wear to the function. Love the quality but now won't purchase as sizes seem quite large even though I bought a size 8 then a 6..
