It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my order of two pairs of socks. My previous order was also disappointing, but for different reasons.

Poor service!

Your SmartKnit SEAMLESS DIABETIC OVER-THE-CALF SOCKS are defective. The elastic on the cuff of the socks burst on the first wear. I've emailed multiple times through "shopthuasane" website on "Tell Us How We're Doing" page and never received a response that resolved my issue. Would not recommend this product or company. Terrible customer service.

The product was not as expected and did not fit. I had bought Therafirm support stockings for years and tried them from Thuasne to save money. Big mistake! They are an old product in a yellowed box. The size chart on the back was not the same as the size chart on current boxes from Therafirm! Much too small!
