Received wrong item after wating 2 months

Didn’t have what I ordered. Took forever to get the balance if my package. Customer service was ok, but lied to me that I would get my package in : days. Took two weeks. The website was full of items they didn’t have. Wasn’t updated. Will I purchase again? No.

As of right now, I am not satisfied with the product. The KAFO socks in grey are extremely narrow and seem to be an error of production.

The one pair of sock I received was good. One was flawed (hole in the toe seam) and the other 3 pair were completely missing from my order.

Never got the product. No communication unless I call. Called twice in two months looking for my order. Told it was back ordered. Eventually cancelled the order and asked for refund. Waiting 3+ months for a seemingly available product is ridiculous. I have purchased these socks before elsewhere. Well, elsewhere is where I will go now.
