Shopthuasne.com overall does a very good job. Their customer service is responsive and easy to reach. I wish the "free" shipping of compression stockings, which are a medical supply, was faster. Surepost can be very slow. I still rate my overall experience highly due to quality of customer service.

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong socks. I was given a refund and guided to the right product. I ordered the correct socks. It took about a week to receive them. Any slow down would be due to postal issues in my area. I will be ordering again.
