Horrible place to do business with. Will never, ever purchase again in life with them. They actually deserve a 0 for customer service. Takes them for ever to send an RA to return and then they they get around to refunding your money. You have to go through your Credit Carfd company but always harrassing you to place another order.

Terrible customer service when handling returns. I returned one of the items which was small. It's been over a month since I'd returned it for them to send back a bigger size. They don't respond to queries. They promise and not deliver. Will never buy from them again.

I purchased an item for my wife’s birthday. But unfortunately I never received the item. I received a tracking Number but the package was never actually shipped. I tried contacting them by phone, email, customer chat on multiple occasions and never got through and never got a response. Ots my wofes Bday tofay ans i dont have the gift. I am bery diaapointed in this compamy for 0 commjnication. They had no Issue taking my momay of coarse.
