Not professional and late shipping w/o update w customer. I ordered few items more than $600 3 weeks ago and I haven't seen my package ship to my house. I had email them and they said they will ship out this week. They didn't update any information for late shipping

I’m not happy@all I made exchange for a med to a large patented Black pants this has been a ongoing problem since May@1st Eva said I didn’t have to file a claim bcuz the Purchased was a 100$ or less now just over a week ago Eva said now I have to file a claim, I never received my large don’t know where they were shipped to, but below are x3 Photos 1st. The exchange I made for the med that love and labels did received 2nd is the original order the med black pants w the Bret 3rd photo is what Eva 1st sent mevwhat she thought was my order form and was not! So where is the original order form for the Large pants I exchange for the med? I never received a confirmation that it was ever shipped no confirmation no# for me to track the est. day of delivery of my item. So where did ur shipping Dept send my pants? And I just recently found out there’s only a certain amount of days they allow you to file a claim Love and Labels has sent me on a goose chase, I may be out off a 100$ & a pair of Black patent pants large this is so un fair.

The clothes arrived 16 days later, even though I paid extra for shipping, the t shirt arrived in size Large and I ordered it in small , the quality of the blazer is regular.

I order the items was too small im trying to exchange or returned pay in full for returns labels . But not i formacion received from this store.! Or prepay labels done

Order a blazer 4 weeks ago and never received it. This company is a scam
